Terms and Conditions

We do our very best to dispatch orders within 24hrs of receipt of your order and full payment. Occasionally we do have popular products which sell out quickly and it may take a few days to restock. If you have not heard from us within 10 days, please drop us an email at sales@xelacrafts.co.uk with full details of your order.

Standard Delivery Terms:

In most cases we post 2nd class, as in our experience we find it to be a more reliable service than 1st Class, usually getting to its desintaion just as quickly as any other premium service offered. (Excluding Next Day)

Delivery is made through Royal Mail (for small items) or Parcelforce for larger items. A signature is required for Parcelforce deliveries, so please bear this in mind when choosing your shipping address.

Our online shopping system is set up with shipping rates for the United Kingdom and Worldwide.
